Refund policy

Every ReadyExcels product is a digital download with instant delivery. Because the files are yours the moment they arrive, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, and we are upfront about that before you buy.

Here is what we WILL always do

Can't access your files? That is on us to fix. Write to support@readyexcels.com and we will get your templates to you, whatever it takes.

Bought the same product twice? Tell us. We will swap the duplicate for another bundle of your choice at the same value, so your money is never wasted.

A file that does not work? We will repair or replace it.

ReadyExcels Pro membership: cancel any time from your account or by email. If a charge caught you by surprise, ask within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Pre-ordered a language edition (Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian or Turkish)? If it does not reach you by email within 5 working days, we refund the full order.
