Cancellation policy

ReadyExcels Pro is a subscription. This policy explains how it works and how to cancel it.

Subscriptions

When you join ReadyExcels Pro, your membership renews automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you choose. Your payment method is stored securely and charged at each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Email support@readyexcels.com with the word "cancel", or use the Manage Subscription option in your account at readyexcels.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. You always keep lifetime access to every template you have already purchased.

Renewal caught you by surprise? Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund that charge (see our Refund Policy).

Language editions

On our Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian and Turkish pages, the three most-used templates also come in that language at no extra cost, as a pre-order, sent by email within 5 working days of your order. Everything else is delivered instantly after payment.
